TweenGMX and Beta 12

TweenGMS 2 is now called TweenGMX!

With that said, there is a new beta (12) available which brings stability/bug fixes and significant performance improvements. 

While still in progress, documentation has been improved with the "beta notes" now added to the main reference document under "Advanced Features".
